YouLeap ran its whole operation on shared Google Sheets: leads, students, staff and payments in separate tabs. As the team grew, that meant accidental edits, no ownership of leads, no clear view of who was where, and money tracked by hand.

Leads, students and a drag-and-drop pipeline, with per-country process templates, assessments, interviews, calls, tasks and reminders.
HR
The team, attendance, and roles and permissions the CEO sets up in the app.
Finance
Per-country instalment payment plans, invoices and receipts, and a service-charge catalogue.
Oversight
Dashboards and reports for every level, an activity and audit log, and a super-admin panel.
