1. Context of Services
Zootric provides custom digital infrastructure, software development, and specialized marketing services. Due to the custom nature of our labor and deliverables, refunds are handled on a strict case-by-case basis.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are generally only considered within the initial discovery phase before extensive development or creative execution has commenced. Once core production has begun, payments cover labor and are strictly non-refundable.
3. Process for Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our services at any stage, please contact your project manager immediately so we can pivot resources to address your concerns.
