Welcome to Zootric. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform and services. By engaging with Zootric, you (“Client,” “User,” or “you”) agree to these Terms.

 

1. Services

Zootric provides fully managed freelance execution services, connecting clients with curated freelance professionals and delivering end-to-end project outcomes. Clients interact with Zootric, not directly with freelancers.

 

2. Project Scoping & Delivery

• All project requirements must be agreed upon in writing before commencement.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to adjustments based on scope changes or unforeseen circumstances.
• Zootric manages freelancers internally and is solely responsible for coordinating work.

 

3. Payments

• Our standard price range is INR ₹1,500 to INR ₹5,000,000, depending on scope and complexity.
• Fees, payment schedules, and invoicing terms are outlined in the service agreement.
• Payments are processed via approved third-party providers.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

 

4. Intellectual Property (IP)

• Upon full payment, final project deliverables become the property of the Client.
• Zootric retains ownership of internal processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Freelancers engaged through Zootric waive direct ownership claims to deliverables.

 

5. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information for project execution.
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, or clarifications.
• Refrain from bypassing Zootric to engage directly with freelancers.

 

6. Freelancers

• Freelancers operate under Zootric’s management and are not employees or contractors of the Client.
• Clients agree not to solicit or hire freelancers outside of Zootric for a period of 12 months after project completion.

 

7. Confidentiality

Zootric and Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during projects.

 

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• Zootric provides services “as is” and does not guarantee error-free outcomes.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project.
• Zootric is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
• Clients remain responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date.
• Zootric may suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Indian Jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts within the jurisdiction.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zootric’s services after updates constitutes acceptance.
